This project of  installing air conditioning within 135 hotel rooms was completed in 2020 at a hotel in london.

Working for an M&E contractor we undertook the of installation of a (Mitsubishi electric) heat recovery System on each floor, consisting of a concealed ducted unit within each room.

The Program of works was a tight 16 weeks but we were able to beat and complete the project within this time scale at 14 weeks.
