Air Conditioning Maintenance London & Kent

Planned preventative maintenance or PPM is scheduled work agreed with the customer / client to be carried out on a range of equipment, in our case, air conditioning. The main objective of PPM is to prevent and reduce the breakdown of air conditioning equipment, and keep it in good constant working order and to optimise its efficiency at all times. Typically two to three times a year we at EAC Ltd. will carry out a site inspection of all AC equipment and advise the customer of any signs of wear and tear before they actually fail, and replace the associated parts, saving our customers money and inconvenience.

Our qualified engineers will carry out a thorough service on your air conditioning equipment before advising you of anything that needs to be addressed or replaced, the general aim is to ensure your equipment remains in good working order 365 days per year.

The advise given through the service we undertake is based upon the circumstances of where it is located and the amount of usage the system may be getting. For example, whilst an air conditioning unit indoors may look clean, tidy and efficient, the location of the condenser (outdoor unit) may not be, resulting in compromised efficiency. As this (the condenser) is the main function behind an air conditioning system it is vital this has regular maintenance in order for you to maximise your life expectancy of this system. Just a simple clean out of contaminants within your condenser, can reduce a major breakdown throughout your system.
